This very pretty little plant is so neat in its habit and floriferous that it well deserves the most extensive culture. Small clumps or tiny patches of Scilla are much admired. Crocus, snowdrops and scilla are the ones we would suggest for lawns, where they will settle in and spread of their own accord.
Which to choose
Siberica is the one most people know, and Spring Beauty is the larger form of it. Tubergeniana flowers very early in the palest blue, and hyacinthoides Blue Arrow is taller, for the border rather than the rockery. All of them are best left undisturbed once planted.
