Double Narcissi
Double daffodils have the cup doubled, or the petals, or both, which gives a full flower closer to a small paeony than to a conventional daffodil. Division 4.
Go BackAbout Double Daffodils

The doubles are the fullest flowered of all the daffodils. Depending on the variety it is the cup that is doubled, or the perianth, or both together, and the result ranges from the neatly formed Tahiti to the shaggy abundance of White Lion.
Most stand around 40 to 45cm. Salou and Walk the Walk open in late winter, while Sherborne and Manly carry the division on into May.

Where Double Daffodils Do Best
They are among the larger flowering sorts we would use to give a focal point in a border, and they are excellent cut for the house. The heads are heavier than most, so a position with a little shelter suits them.
When Do They Flower?
February into May across the division, which is as long a run as any group of daffodils will give you.
