Bloms Grand Mixture of Daffodils and Narcissi
£25.00 for 50
£87.50 for 250
Our daffodil collections are an economical way of obtaining daffodils and narcissi in quantity. The varieties in them are carefully selected for their ability to produce large numbers of flowers and for their suitability for naturalising.

The collections exist for planting in numbers. Buying by the fifty, the hundred or the two hundred and fifty works out a good deal cheaper than making up the same quantity variety by variety, and the varieties chosen are picked for the two things that matter when you are planting a drift: a generous number of flowers, and a willingness to increase.
They run from the Grand Mixture and the Growers Choice through to the Trumpets Only Mixture, with the Pygmy Collection for smaller spaces and the Connoisseur’s Collection for something rather finer.
For most garden situations we are not great believers in random planting. Far better to set out overlapping drifts of similar varieties, and it is useful to mark the drifts out with sand before you begin. In grass, choose the earlier flowering sorts so that you can cut approximately six weeks after the flowers have finished.
February into March for the most part, depending on the mixture.
