Early Hardy Cyclamen
The early hardy cyclamen flower from late winter into spring, coum and its silver-leaved forms among them, taking over as the autumn kinds finish. They are happiest in a shady position in the rock garden or under the shelter of trees, and are also at home among ferns.For a woodland effect, use hellebores combined with early cyclamen and snowdrops. Left undisturbed they increase steadily, forming wide carpets of marbled foliage that hold their interest long after the flowers have gone over.
