The white form of the hardy nerine, its pure flowers prettily waved at the petal edges, from September to November at around 60cm. Plant in full sun in well drained soil and let the clumps build undisturbed. Chosen in Chris's letters for the task hyacinths and tulips perform in spring: carrying the garden's colour into autumn.
