Description

Produces a luxuriant carpet of marbled foliage followed by numerous rose-pink blossoms, thriving in the dry shade under trees where little else will. Flowering October to November, hardy and happiest in the dry shade under trees and shrubs. Plant shallowly, about 5cm deep, and let it seed into a colony.

The letters warn that planting too deeply is a common cause of failure to flower, so keep it shallow.
