Description

Prepared Hyacinth Fondant has been specially treated to flower indoors at Christmas. Its spikes are a soft rose pink, sweetly scented. Plant by the end of September in bowls of bulb fibre, keep cool and dark for around ten weeks, and bring into the light as the shoots show. The scent of hyacinths in the house in midwinter is a small triumph no greenhouse owner can better.
