Guarantee

We guarantee to supply the finest quality flower bulbs that are true to name and from certified virus free stocks. You will receive your flower bulbs at the correct time for Autumn planting. However, a few varieties are harvested later than others (such as amaryllis) so some deliveries are occasionally split. Should any error or complaints occur these should be notified as soon as possible and within 30 days of receipt of goods when they will be immediately dealt with to your entire satisfaction, our liability being limited to the purchase price at all times.

Discounts

£125 – £249 = 5%.
£250 – £499 = 10%.
£500 – £999 =15%.
£1000+ = 20%.

Orders

Orders are accepted subject to prices and conditions only and satisfactory crop results. The sizes stated are a guide only and are often exceeded. Should any varieties be sold out or not available in our standard quality we reserve the right to substitute others of equal or greater values unless instructed otherwise.

Orders for Other E.C. Countries including Channel Islands. These are payable in advance. We charge a flat rate for carriage of £15.00 irrespective of the value of the order.

Insurance. Inland parcels may be insured for a charge of £1.00. Please indicate on your order if this is required.

Collection. Goods may be collected from our nurseries during opening hours. To avoid waiting while your order is being collated we advise that you phone details in advance.

Payment

All payments are processed securely by WorldPay, a leader in Internet Payment Solutions. Orders are payable in Pounds Sterling (£) or Euro (€) depending on your location.

Delivery

Orders for U.K. (excluding Channel Islands and Eire.) Standard postage is charged at £5.75, For Bloms Private Membership holders, postage is Free. All orders over £100.00 qualify for free membership and are carriage paid. For orders under £100.00 please add £5.75 to partly defray the cost of carriage. We can offer a 24 hour delivery service for the U.K. Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) at £15.00 per parcel.

European Orders. Orders shall be shipped at cost price – Postage charges shall be invoiced at time of despatch.

International Orders. Outside of the European Union – Shall be charged £35.00 for Health certificate and inspection. Postage shall be charged at cost price and invoiced at time of despatch.

Orders for Channel Islands and Isle of Man. These are payable in advance. We charge a flat rate for carriage of £15.00 irrespective of the value of the order.

Insurance
