Hippeastrelia
Two plants in one bulb. Hippeastrelia is that rare thing, a bigeneric cross, hippeastrum on one side and sprekelia on the other, and it grows with more vigour than either parent. The flowers come early summer: big, deep red, shaped like an orchid that escaped the greenhouse. Neck of the bulb clear of the soil when you plant in spring. Full sun. Sharp drainage. Not hardy, so lift in autumn or keep it in a pot and carry the pot inside. Expect questions over the fence.

Try removing one — colour and flowering month together can be a narrow combination, and the in-stock filter hides anything sold out for this season.
