White flowers of real substance on tall stems, glossy leaves beneath, altogether one of the loveliest things we sell for the conservatory. Pot the bulb neck just proud of a loam based compost. Warmth, generous water in growth, then a mean spell after flowering. That short drought is the trick; rested like this it will often flower twice in a year. No use in the garden here, and somehow better for it.
