Description
The cactus-flowered dahlia, of which Chat Noir is a prime example, are totally unique in the summer garden. Made up of numerous spikes of long, inwardly curved dark maroon petals, these dahlias are a perfect addition to your summer planting schemes, whether its to grow in containers, or make a statement in the border.
